This works perfectly. And, even has a prying device on the end to open the cans so you don't have to have a separate screwdriver or knife to use to pry open the cans. Very nice.

The Real Flame Snuffer, is excellent. It is well made and very simple to use. It allows you to snuff out the flames and allow the cans to cool before you close the lid. So that the flammable material stays fresh. A great addition to my little fireplace.

Does the job I bought it for, snuffing out my gel fuel cans when I want to save them for later. Reasonably priced too and well made.
